  • Staff, Board, or volunteers who have the bandwidth to review applications, interview candidates, and engage in a collective hiring process
  • Lawyer-approved employee manual and offer letter or contracts
  • State registration, employee insurance, workers comp, and potentially other items depending on your local employment laws
  • Payroll system
