You think you need: A new Board of Directors
You actually need:
- Operational support for anything that the Board does that isn’t fundraising or governance
- A clear role description, preferably with a give-or-get minimum
- Regular communications with the Board on fundraising progress and major program milestones
- A fundraising calendar and pre-drafted materials that they can send to their contacts
- A Board and staff development committee
