What we’ll need from you: Salary range for position (in order to encourage equity in our field, we will not accept any assignments that will not include a salary range in their job listings); meeting time to discuss position and requirements with leadership; regular meeting time with leadership to discuss search progress; approved budget for paid job listings
What you should expect from us: Document appropriate for the majority of job listing sites; timeline of search process; full spreadsheet of applicant information; notes on all screening interviews (up to 10); final three candidates with notes and recommendations; reference checks for final candidates; support on drafting offer letter to final candidate
Please note that organizational leadership will perform final interviews and make all final decisions and offers to candidates.
